DESKRIPSI

Audit kinerja (performance audit) tidak hanya menilai kepatuhan terhadap prosedur, tetapi juga mengevaluasi efisiensi, efektivitas, dan ekonomisasi dalam penggunaan sumber daya organisasi. Training Performance Audit ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang metodologi audit berbasis kinerja, termasuk teknik pengumpulan data, pengukuran output dan outcome, serta penyusunan rekomendasi yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan produktivitas.
